About The Position
HACKENSACK PUBLIC SCHOOLS LUNCH ASSISTANT 2025 - 2026 SCHOOL YEAR Title: Lunch Assistant Description: Early Childhood Development Center Lunch Assistant Job Summary: Supervise children while eating lunch. Collaborate with the professionals on duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the children during recreation play during the lunch period. Assist with naptime. ?Assist with the transition to and from the bathroom area. Qualifications: High School Diploma as a minimum, clean criminal history check, fluency in Spanish a plus. Working Conditions: Early Childhood Development Center Salary: $22 Not to exceed 3 hours per day Application Process: Apply Online via Frontline/AppliTrack Selection Procedure: Applications will be reviewed and interviews conducted, followed by recommendations made to the Acting Superintendent for Board approval.
