About The Position

The Remote LumiLink Registered Nurse is responsible for professionally answering LumiLink calls for health-related concerns for all contracted providers. This position is responsible for the following: Triaging needs Clinical decision making Monitoring remote patient support system when applicable and advising the customer or their support team on actions to take for vital sign or compliance alerts Symptom-based problems, injuries, or general health questions by utilizing clinical software and guideline information
Requirements
- Current RN Compact License
- Candidate resides in Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Virginia
- Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S.
- Additional RN licenses as determined by Lumicare
Nice To Haves
- IDD group home experience preferred
