Requirements

Must be safety conscious, have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
Must have and maintain excellent attendance record
Work at a fast pace and be detail oriented team player
Pre-employment drug-screen required
Candidates must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
Always required to wear personal protective equipment
Cross train in other production related jobs
An all-around positive work attitude, at all times

Responsibilities

Lumber Handler is responsible for safely handling, sorting, and stacking rough cut lumber by dimension, species, and grade
Ensure lumber is placed accurately and neatly into the appropriate cart
Working in open warehouses and keeping work areas safe and clean
May perform other duties as required associated with handling of wood products
