About The Position

Lumber Handler is responsible for safely handling, sorting, and stacking rough cut lumber by dimension, species, and grade. Ensure lumber is placed accurately and neatly into the appropriate cart. Working in open warehouses and keeping work areas safe and clean. May perform other duties as required associated with handling of wood products.

Requirements

• Must be safety conscious and have a positive attitude.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Must have and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and be detail-oriented.
• Pre-employment drug-screen required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Always required to wear personal protective equipment.
• Cross train in other production related jobs.
