About The Position

Hallmark Aviation Services is NOW HIRING friendly, fun, and professional customer service agents to provide exceptional service for a Prestigious German Airline. The position involves performing a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering a high-quality product. Daily functions may include rotating from ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals and other areas to assist passengers in various areas throughout the airport.

Requirements

  • At least 18yrs old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid US work Authorization
  • Able to speak, read and write in English
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays & overtime
  • Basic Math Skills: Adding, Subtracting, Division, and Multiplying
  • Computer Literate
  • Common sense and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Capacity to make quick and rational decisions
  • Effective communication skills and good listening skills
  • Able to multi-task and carry out duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to reading & comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties at an airport including assist customers with fare quotes and various gate functions
  • Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, gate check-in, control-center, other functional areas, or rotation through all areas including bag-room, ramp and other terminals
  • Maintain appropriate and professional interaction with airline passengers, Client(s), and Crew
  • Translate, transcribe when possible
  • Take care when handling company assets and be aware of costs associated with damage
  • Operate machinery in accordance with operational policies and standards
  • Operate computers, printers, & other equipment to enter, access, or manage data and information
  • Reading, Interpretation & Comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
  • Comply with all KPI's to ensure company goals and client standards are met
  • Greet/escort high status guests and companions from the aircraft doors to customs
  • Remove baggage from the carrousel, place onto luggage carts, and offer escort service to guide guests where to go
  • Locate the missing bags on CM (check in system) and file a claim report with CBS (central baggage services) if necessary
  • Escort guests to the respective lounge after check-in
  • Must know lounge policy for status guests and companion allowances
  • Escort from the lounge to the aircraft door
  • Introduce guests to crew
  • Make necessary reports should any case arise
  • Understand airline product and services provided
  • Prioritize and assist with high status guests and companions before other tasks

Benefits

  • Starting Pay $25.23/hr or $19.28/hr base with Health Coverage
