Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems. Create and maintain mechanical documentation, procedures, specifications, Manage housekeeping expectations for all work assignments. Maintain high standards of productivity and operational efficiency in daily tasks. Prepare/Process documents, gather information, and expedite material/services. Manage site contractors to ensure compliance with work orders. Adhere to, promote, and enforce safety guidelines and company policies. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals. Must have the ability to: Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders. Use both common and specialized tools and test equipment. Proactively complete tasks independently or in a collaborative setting with minimum supervision. Cultivate talent and foster the professional development of junior staff. Climb stairs, lift (components up to 50 lbs.), stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5+ years of experience in equipment and maintenance repair within a production plant environment. Knowledge of electrical components, machinery, and infrastructure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Conscientious commitment to safety and quality management. Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (Mechanical/Electrical) Preferred. Environment and Physical Requirements: The candidate will be subjected to environmental elements such as exposure to high/low temperatures, sun/rain, confined spaces etc. Work location, US, Barnwell, SC. The role operates in both office and manufacturing environments. Please note that manufacturing areas are not climate controlled. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands regularly while performing job duties. Ability to lift up to 30lbs without assistance. Full-time Position: Days, Monday- Friday.
