Requirements

• Ability to ready and interpret instructions
• Physical ability sufficient to perform routine tasks.
• May require some heavy lifting.
• Ability to work independently.
• High School Graduate or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance responsibilities include complete lube changes, oil changes, filter services, and brake adjustments.
• Coolant System maintenance to include draining and refilling.
• Checks all vehicle fluids and makes general repairs when necessary.
• Checks oil levels, as well as things such as the status of tires, air filters, windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid, and engine coolant.
• Changes worn out or broken belts, hoses, spark plugs or windshield wiper blades.
• Maintains records of all maintenance performed.
• Cleans and maintains garage area as needed.
• Assists mechanics and performs other duties as directed.
• Understands and adheres to all safety standards
