Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Technician and mechanical operations knowledge/experience is essential.
• Pay is based on experience.
• Personal equipment/tools are necessary to become proficient and develop with the company.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• The Lube Technician will check and refill fluids (engine oil, transmission and brake fluid, and coolant).
• Inspect and replace air and cabin filters, and wiper blades.
• The Lube Technician will complete battery testing and replacement.
• Minor Repairs: Execute minor repairs identified during inspections.
• The Lube Technician will perform preventative maintenance when required.
• Make minor tire fixes as necessary.
• Other Duties Maintain accurate records of all services accomplished.
• The Lube Technician will perform work as outlined on the Technician Repair Order and ensure constant communication with the Service Advisor, the Shop Foreman, and the Parts Department as necessary.
• Adhere and comply with safety and service requirements.
• The Lube Technician will keep a tidy workspace, ensure all equipment is in proper working order, and guarantee the disposal of all hazardous materials and chemicals.
