About The Position
The Lube Technician is our entry-level position that is responsible for acquiring the skills and techniques to perform a variety of services safely and properly on customers' vehicles and contributing to our team’s success. They will be trained in the company's method for job acceleration and growth for the teammate’s career path while maintaining excellent service and technical/mechanical skills for the customer. Guest-Facing & Technical Responsibilities Elevated Service: Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and wiper installs while ensuring a top-tier guest experience. Safety Inspections: Conduct rigorous visual safety checks and fluid adjustments to guarantee vehicle reliability. Preventative Care: Test batteries and adjust tire pressure, maintaining the highest safety compliance standards. Hospitality: Provide windshield washing and clear communication to guests regarding their vehicle’s health. Operational Excellence: Maintain a spotless, inviting shop environment and handle computer transactions accurately. Professionalism: Adhere to grooming standards; we provide your uniform shirts, jacket, and specialized belt.
Requirements
- Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Able to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damage to vehicles.
- Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn.
