About The Position

Lithia Nissan of Eugene is looking for a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. About the Role: In this position, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while working alongside a supportive and experienced service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values a clean and efficient shop environment, and wants to grow within a large automotive group.

Requirements

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Looking for a career in automotive and eager to grow with us
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services
Inspect and rotate tires
Conduct multi‑point inspections and identify maintenance needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and shop procedures
Provide excellent customer service through your attention to detail and professionalism
