The Lube Technician provides routine maintenance services on vehicles, including fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections in accordance with company standards and procedures. This position ensures vehicles receive high-quality service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves working in a fast-paced team environment. Physical stamina and dexterity are required to perform tasks that include bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy objects. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Entry-level candidates with automotive experience or training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle fluid checks and changes, including oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant, and windshield wiper fluid
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and replace filters or parts as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair tasks
  • Complete accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to maintaining shop appearance, safety, and efficiency by assisting with inventory stocking and other functions
  • Adhere to all shop policies, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and educational classes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
