About The Position
Bill Jacobs BMW is expanding our service operations and are seeking Part-Time Lube Technicians to support our growing internal, reconditioning, and maintenance volume. This is an ideal role for someone looking to enter the automotive industry with a premium brand, in a best-in-class facility, with real opportunities for growth into full-time technician roles.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive service
- Reliability and the ability to follow process
- Safety-first mindset and professional conduct with teammates
- Prior shop experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Oil & filter services
- Tire rotations, mounting & balancing
- Battery replacement and basic electrical resets (where applicable)
- Fluid top-offs and basic inspections
- Cabin air filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and similar maintenance items
- Courtesy multi-point inspections and documentation
- Working within a structured safety program
