About The Position
Join our team at Serra CDJR Lake Orion as a Lube Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services and ensuring that every vehicle serviced meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive maintenance or related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, lubrication, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for potential safety and maintenance issues and report findings to service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service tools properly
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions and assisting with vehicle maintenance needs
- Assist technicians as needed with general servicing duties
