Requirements
- Basic automotive knowledge and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Able to navigate technology with confidence.
- Adheres to safety protocols.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with Lithia and Honda standards.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Perform routine maintenance with a focus on oil changes, fluid services and tire rotations.
- Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
