Requirements

  • Dependable and punctual—show up ready to work
  • Positive attitude and a love for working with people
  • Willing to learn and comfortable using basic software and online tools
  • Strong customer service skills—you enjoy making people happy
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes according to dealer and factory standards
  • Complete multi-point inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
  • Spot maintenance needs and share recommendations with the service advisor
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
