Requirements
- Dependable and punctual—show up ready to work
- Positive attitude and a love for working with people
- Willing to learn and comfortable using basic software and online tools
- Strong customer service skills—you enjoy making people happy
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes according to dealer and factory standards
- Complete multi-point inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
- Spot maintenance needs and share recommendations with the service advisor
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
