Our goal is to ensure a professional and satisfying experience for all who visit our dealerships. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance including fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
Ability to read and understand instructions.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy items as required.
Willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Automotive training or repair experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and check vehicle fluids such as brake, transmission, and coolant.
Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure.
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Replace filters and top off windshield wiper fluid as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service.
Complete required service documentation accurately and comply with safety and environmental standards.
Support the upkeep of the service shop, including inventory management and safety compliance.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
