Positions available at 9205 N Newport Hwy Spokane. As a Lube Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team of full-time crew members and lube techs! No experience is required as we will train you to become proficient in changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. You will also receive training on how to open and close the shop, develop staff, read financial statements, and run a business. All we ask is that you bring a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to the shop! Starting pay is $16.50/hr., with a raise after 90 days and profit sharing opportunities. Many of our most successful team members started with no experience at all, coming from various backgrounds such as servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, and landscapers.
