Through accurate tracking and scheduling, the Fleet Technician is responsible for proactive fleet maintenance and needed repairs for fleet vehicles. The Fleet Technician works with the operations team to maintain safe and reliable vehicles for staff and clients while reacting to service needs, conducting vehicle repairs in the field, while ensuring minimal service interruptions. This position is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and coordinating proactive fleet maintenance with our outsourced service providers. This work will include taking vehicles to shops, scheduling work with service providers, and ensuring we are working to meet our goals of keeping our fleet safe, DOT compliant reliable and on the road.
