About The Position

Lithia Toyota of Billings Now Hiring: Automotive Lube Technicians - No Experience Required! Pay Rate: $18 per hour Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Must have open availability to work Monday through Saturday Service Department is Open: M-F from 7-6 and Saturdays 7-5 Our Service Department is growing and we are looking for a Lube Technician who is interested in starting or continuing their career in automotive. We are willing to train individuals who are coachable and driven: eager and willing learn, and motivated to do more, produce more, and grow with the company! Toyota of Billings offers an apprenticeship program like no other: Lube Technicians start in the Quick Lube to learn our processes, how to perform service efficiently and accurately in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Additional earning potential upon successful completion of the mentorship program to be discussed at time of interview with Hiring Manager.

Requirements

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
