About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Provide impartial recommendations tailored to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
  • Work efficiently to service customers in a timely manner, prioritizing safety.
  • Vacuum and sanitize the interior of vehicles and clean windshields upon vehicle entry.
  • Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter changes, fluid level refills, and inspections of lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires following J Team Service Standards (JTSS).
  • Conduct automotive maintenance on various systems including engine, transmission, axles, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, tires, batteries, and spark plugs.
  • Perform multi-point inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with emission standards and maintain detailed records of inspections.
  • Participate in regular on-site and e-learning training, maintaining compliance with safety requirements, OSHA, and state regulations.
  • Engage in marketing events and promotions.
  • Maintain customer, inventory, and service records, and assist in inventory stocking.
  • Perform housekeeping and minor building maintenance tasks.
  • Promote customer loyalty by ensuring quality workmanship, reviewing services with guests, confirming satisfaction, and encouraging return visits.
