About The Position

Are you a skilled Automotive Lube Technician with a passion for maintaining and servicing vehicles? We are seeking an ASE-certified Lube Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are operating at peak performance levels. Requirements

• Valid ASE certification (Automotive Service Excellence) is highly encouraged.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Lube Technician is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and recommend additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.
• Record and maintain accurate service records for all completed tasks.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to identify and address customer concerns.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle systems and identify any potential problems.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
