About The Position
Assist the upper bay technician, by performing work on vehicles, and executing the highest level of customer service. This position reports to the manager.
Responsibilities
- Understands and performs Toot'n Totum’s 17 point check
- Understands and exhibits policies and procedures
- Completes all vehicle inspections in accordance with established procedures
- Communicates with other team members regarding vehicle information to be entered on the customers invoice
- Conducts final safety check for the vehicle
- Maintains clean and organized work area in order to meet and or exceed safety requirements
- Maintains a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Discards residual waste or hazardous materials using proper disposal methods established
- Maintains technical competence by attending all classes and shop meetings as requested
- Inspects vehicle for fluid leaks and informs and communicates the information to other team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
