About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Lube Technician to perform preventative maintenance and lubrication services on heavy construction equipment. This role is critical to keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and job-ready. Ideal candidates have experience working with heavy equipment and take pride in preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements

Previous experience as a lube tech, PM tech, or equipment maintenance technician preferred
Familiarity with heavy construction equipment strongly preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify potential equipment issues
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus, but not required unless noted)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with fleet maintenance software or service documentation
Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
OSHA 10/30 or MSHA certification
Willingness to work flexible hours or occasional overtime

Responsibilities

Perform routine lubrication and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, haul trucks, and support equipment
Change engine oil, hydraulic oil, filters, and fluids
Grease equipment according to manufacturer and company schedules
Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, or safety concerns and report findings
Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs
Keep service truck, tools, and work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and job site requirements
Communicate maintenance needs to supervisors and mechanics
