About The Position

As an Oil Specialist, you’ll be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors or in service bays, as part of a team dedicated to keeping vehicles running smoothly.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
Able to work on your feet in a service bay setting, exposed to all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Perform upper and lower standardized work for all services offered in the Oil Center.
Maintain facility (i.e., empty trash, restock inventory, clean floors, etc.).
Follow safety rules and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company policies and procedures.
Perform opening and closing checks in accordance with company policy.
Assist in training newly hired Oil Specialists.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer questions that customers may have about the services offered by the company.
