Requirements

  • Previous maintenance/quick lube experience preferred (Ford dealership experience a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications a plus
  • Ford certifications preferred, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose issues quickly
  • Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and basic computer systems
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive, friendly, and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Previous maintenance/quick lube experience preferred (Ford dealership experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
  • Inspect belts, hoses, tires, and gauges for safety and reliability
  • Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality service
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assigned tasks
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all repairs and services
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude
