This opportunity is for a Lube/Express Technician at the new Herb Chambers Toyota of Medford dealership, opening late Spring / early Summer 2026. This will be a ground-up, state-of-the-art facility designed to be one of the largest and highest-volume Toyota dealerships in the country. Technicians joining early will help define the culture, processes, and pace of this brand-new operation. Requirements

A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right
Professional appearance and clear communication skills
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience in an automotive service or express lane environment preferred

Responsibilities

Perform multi-point inspections (fluids, tires, brakes, battery, belts, etc.)
Complete routine maintenance and express services with precision and pride
Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and lubrication points
Identify opportunities to help customers protect their vehicles long-term
Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Toyota standards
