This opportunity is for a Lube/Express Technician at the new Herb Chambers Toyota of Medford dealership, opening late Spring / early Summer 2026. This will be a ground-up, state-of-the-art facility designed to be one of the largest and highest-volume Toyota dealerships in the country. Technicians joining early will help define the culture, processes, and pace of this brand-new operation. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume/high-growth operation backed by one of the strongest automotive groups in the country, working in a modern, technician-designed facility with brand-new tools and equipment, and offering real career momentum.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right
  • Professional appearance and clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in an automotive service or express lane environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform multi-point inspections (fluids, tires, brakes, battery, belts, etc.)
  • Complete routine maintenance and express services with precision and pride
  • Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and lubrication points
  • Identify opportunities to help customers protect their vehicles long-term
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold Toyota standards
