About The Position

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in automotive repair or service management.

• Mechanical knowledge relevant to automotive service.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• State Inspector's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Learn and fully execute the Company's System of Operation consistently for every customer.
• Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability.
• Oversee customer interactions, service, and satisfaction.
• Handle hiring and all aspects of employee management.
• Manage service bay operations and inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain the POS system and ensure safety and warranty prevention measures are in place.
• Drive bottom-line profitability of the center.
• Build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians, fostering a strong service mentality and team environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging and building relationships with customers.
• Participate in building strong center awareness and community connections to develop business opportunities.
