About the position
The AFSVision Syndications Lead is responsible for driving the transformation and design of syndicated and participated loan portfolios. This role involves overseeing multiple workstreams necessary for servicing these loans, ensuring operational readiness, and stabilizing post-implementation operations. The leader will act as an expert in conversions to AFSVision for Syndicated loans, focusing on various business capabilities essential for a leading syndicated commercial loan servicing organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert leadership and oversight in the Operations execution of the Syndicated Loan Portfolio.
- Work effectively with internal users and external third parties.
- Build and execute an effective Operational readiness plan, ensuring communication and updates to member banks and Agent banks as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact/lead for all Syndications process efforts related to the program.
- Collaborate with the technology organization to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and achievable within budget and timeline.
- Manage complex multi-function delivery relationships with executive leadership, establishing trust and driving consensus across the organization.
- Proactively manage program risks and risk mitigation plans.
- Develop transformative business requirements and design future state processes to meet business benefits and transformational goals.
- Ensure business processes meet future state risk management and control environment expectations.
- Coordinate with the overall Program to ensure functionality blends seamlessly with overall design and capabilities.
- Interact and liaise with senior leaders across various teams to ensure program needs are understood in future state design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
- 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations with mid to large bank.
- 3 years of experience in AFSVision.
