About The Position
LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE PreK TEACHER - SPECIAL EDUCATION Weymouth Public Schools is a dynamic and inclusive learning community dedicated to "Educational Excellence for Every Weymouth Student." We educate over 5,600 students in 11 school buildings, including Weymouth Early Childhood Center, eight elementary schools (grades K-5), Chapman Middle School (grades 6-8), and Weymouth High School (Grades 9-12). Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher
Nice To Haves
- Licensed with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Moderate Disabilities PreK-8, preferred
- SEI Endorsement, preferred
Responsibilities
- Fills in for teacher while absent and in general performs all of the daily responsibilities and duties of that teacher
- Instructs classes following teacher's lesson plans
- Performs regular daily duties assigned to the teacher
- Follows policies and procedures of the Weymouth Public Schools
