About The Position

Chandler School is seeking a LTS Integrated Preschool Assistant (.4) to fill a leave of absence starting on or about March 17, 2026 through June 24, 2026. The hours are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - Thursday Our school is a Preschool - 2 early childhood school with 720 students and 140 dedicated staff members. We look forward to working with parents to meet the academic, emotional, social, and physical needs of their children. We believe strong self-esteem is key to a happy child and the beginning of a successful school experience. We have high expectations for all children to develop as individuals, respect others, and build a solid knowledge base of skills and learning strategies. Requirements

  • Associates Degree required, (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Previous experience working with children in an early childhood special education setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate and demonstrate flexibility to meet student needs
  • Management skills that support students' social-emotional learning
  • Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
  • Citizenship, residency, or work visa required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
