The position involves building, managing, and maintaining relationships with LTL carriers to ensure successful execution to customer expectations. The role requires effective communication of Hub goals and initiatives with the assigned carrier base to ensure alignment of service and communication requirements. Responsibilities include addressing carrier questions regarding RFPs, managing daily and weekly carrier capacity commitments, analyzing carrier performance scorecards, and initiating corrective action plans to address consistent carrier shortfalls. The position also involves proactive communication with Account Management and Capacity Planning, developing customer corrective action plans, and performing network failure trend analysis.
