About The Position

You'll serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including our partner BlueGrace. Success in this position requires building strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining proactive communication. You'll also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while continuously improving the customer experience.
