About The Position

Responsibilities Execute manual and automated test cases and troubleshoot issues using a variety of log files and traces. Interact and coordinate with Network Function owners and Lab Support personnel onshore and offshore to get issues resolved. Execute tests across several domains, Regression and New Service – Lab and Production. Validation of the new service or regressed release and the creation of documentation recording that validation. Use flexibility of automation infrastructure to edit, tweak and create new test cases. Collaborate with Automation team to drive improvements to automation to increase reliability and more precise issue identification. Collaborate with Automation team and lab support personnel on automation solutions that increase lab stability. Write detailed requirements, including test steps and validation requirements, for the development of new test case automation. Procure device/build necessary to test service Skills Required Expert knowledge of 5G SA, NSA and LTE call flows from a E2E perspective (Device – RAN – Core Network). Expert knowledge of the call flows of services and features such as Voice, Messaging, UCE, UT, USSI, HTTP, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IR92, IR94, AS262 HO, WPS, RTT, N11, International Wi-Fi and S8HR. Expert knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, Megaco/H.248, MGCP, DNS, LNP, TCAP, SDP, RTP, DIAMETER), IMS (Audio/Video call signaling, Instant Message, RCS, Presence, Subscription), VoNR, VoLTE / LTE EPC Expert knowledge of 5G and LTE EPC core protocols such as GTPV2C,GTPV1C, GTPV1U, S1AP Experience with and understanding of how NATing and Proxy functions work in a packet core and the implications for connectivity (routing and firewalls) to services platforms Excellent Troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills (written and oral) and intercultural communication abilities. Ability to articulate complex issues, concepts, solutions, and standards clearly. Experience with automated testing including simulation and Real UE automation. Win as one attitude, to work as a team to accomplish projects on time with quality.
