We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist (grade P3) to join our growing team! This position will be supporting the Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain (OSQ) Finance organization supporting the LTAMDS (Lower Tier and Missile Defense) programs. This person selected for this role will be a valued member of the operations finance team, supporting the East Operations of the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. This position is currently designated as onsite. As a member of the OSC Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Operations financials as an Operations Program Analyst. Scope of work includes operations estimate at complete (EAC) development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost runs. This includes participating in the control of costs and schedules on DFARS contracts that utilize product based EVMS through APEX/SAP EV management reporting tools. You will be required to perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters. The ability to be self-sufficient as well as operating in a team environment, supporting both the functional organizations as well as ensuring program financial commitments are met will be fundamental to success in this role.
