About The Position
Ability Beyond offers a dynamic day program for the individuals we serve. We are seeking staff who have an interest in engaging individuals in a variety of activities including but not limited to sports, music, arts & crafts, and cooking. We want to ensure it is a meaningful program and that we provide needed support to make that happen. Some individuals may need personal care support and some may need behavioral support. This role may also involve joining a rotation of staff who provide 1:1 supports to certain individuals in our program. The program is Monday through Friday from 9a - 3p. Staff work 32.5 hours per week, with some time allowed for documentation and to plan and organize for activities. The Day program staff work as a team so being a team player is important. Want 40 hours? There are plenty of residential shifts that can fill out your week for 40 hours.
