About The Position

Select Event Group is a highly respected event rental company, dedicated to building long-term relationships with event professionals based on operational excellence and a commitment to client success. The company provides a wide and deep array of event rental products and services. The Yard Associate position is an integral part of a team responsible for production flow activities, operating under the guidance of the Yard Supervisor and/or the Internal Operations Assistant Director.

Requirements

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Following the best practices for safety
• Order prep & pulling
• Cleaning, wrapping, and restocking product
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Assist with internal projects
• Refurbishing & inspecting product to maintain quality control
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Additional duties as assigned
