About The Position
Under direct supervision of the Table Games Supervisor, monitors operations in assigned pit to ensure that proper play, dealer rotation and performance, player tracking, and rules and polices are followed according to approved procedures.
Requirements
- Must possess a High School Diploma or a GED.
- Must have completed company dealer training and have a working knowledge of multiple games with one or more years of dealer experience, or possess prior table games supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Craps experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Table Games Manager/Supervisor in guiding, coaching, scheduling, training and developing the technical and personal skills of the Table Games Dealers.
- Perform the duties of Table Games Dealer as necessary or directed.
- Monitor bankroll, verify and observe money exchanges and verify fills and credits.
