About The Position

National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. (NARS, Inc.) is a leader in the repossession industry, partnering with top-tier banks and lenders to recover vehicles in default. This is a technology-focused role where you’ll operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with advanced license plate recognition (LPR) cameras and scanning software to locate vehicles flagged for repossession. This role is focused on surveillance, data collection, and accurate reporting - you do not perform repossessions. This is a mobile, independent role that requires attention to detail and safe driving habits.

This role places you at the center of a highly respected and goal-driven team. As a LPR Field Agent, you’ll work side by side with some of the best in the industry, including skip tracers and repossession agents, in an environment built on teamwork, communication, and support. Here, no one works alone—every member contributes to achieving successful recoveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background & drug screening
• 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
• At least one year of continuous field-based work history

Responsibilities

• Drive company LPR-equipped vehicle through assigned areas
• Use onboard technology to scan license plates and identify target vehicles
• Report vehicle locations to recovery teams in real time
• Follow route plans and scanning guidelines efficiently and safely
• Work independently while staying connected with dispatch and support staff
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and equipment functionality
• Complete daily logs and basic reports as needed
