Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Who Thrives Here? This role attracts successful candidates from all walks of life. Your Responsibilities: As a Camera Car Driver, you are the eyes of the operation—not the hands. You will not interact with debtors or handle the physical repossession of vehicles. Your job is to locate and report, then move on to the next target. Drive a company-provided sedan equipped with top-of-the-line LPR cameras to scan and record license plate data within assigned residential areas Verify vehicle locations and confirm targets are in a position to be safely recovered Communicate with recovery agents when vehicles are located Maintain a discreet presence while documenting vehicle locations Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle Update account information in client software platforms Compensation: Hourly pay + commission per live hit + monthly performance bonuses The Perks: Take-home company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance—rare in our industry Paid time off Paid training and ongoing support Company vehicle provided with top-tier LPR technology Career advancement opportunities Referral program Military & Fair Chance Employer: A military background is not required, but it is highly valued. Requirements

• You are 23 years or older (insurance requirement)
• You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• You are located in the Raleigh/Durham area
• You are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
• You are comfortable with technology including GPS navigation and mobile apps
• You can remain calm and professional in varying situations
• You can pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
• You can pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• CARS certification (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) a plus

Responsibilities
