About The Position

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Lead in Upper Sandusky, OH and surrounding areas. LPN Clinical Lead starting pay from $27.00/hr with no previous experience in home care! Drive time AND mileage reimbursement!! Requirements
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License, required
- Reliable transportation, required
- Proof of auto insurance, required
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist with oversight of activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
