About The Position

VanAyer Senior Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team and start making a difference. The position involves monitoring patients' conditions, assessing their needs, and providing the best possible care in a compassionate manner. You will collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans, perform routine procedures, and administer medications according to physician's orders. Requirements

• LVN License is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
