About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Coordinator is accountable for the provision of care as delegated and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of the Medical Center. The LPN will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaboration efforts. The LPN Coordinator will handle all referrals from primary care providers to the desired specialist for the patient in need. This position is responsible for the scheduling, sending and receiving of medical records, and communications with all parties required to complete the referral process.
