Requirements

• 2+ years of LPN experience
• Active LPN license
• Phlebotomy certification
• Ability to commute to and/or relocate to St. Gabriel

Responsibilities

• Triage patients with care and confidence
• Collect lab samples
• Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
• Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing
• Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed
