Ref #: M -LPN -293245 Profession: Licensed Practical Nurse Specialty: Long Term Care Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP Location: Gunnison, CO Shift Type: Days Rate: $1,422/36 -hours Requirements: Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state. Experience in long -term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and caregiving skills. Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff. Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living and monitor resident health status. Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN or physician. Document resident care accurately and report changes to the healthcare team. Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
