This position will work primarily with our Assisted Living residents, but may have the opportunity to work in other units of the community. Requirements

Education/Training/Certifications: High school diploma required
LPN License in New Jersey required
CPR required.
Skill(s): Time management
excellent verbal and written communication
active listening and visual skills.
Experience: One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a health care facility
One to two years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Responsibilities

Provides direct care/services to the residents within the scope of duties and responsibilities and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants.
