Requirements
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Teaching Experience
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.
- Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.
- Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
- Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
- Three to five years direct care experience; MDS/RAI Experience.
