Professional supervision and direction is provided by the facility physician and/or Registered Nurse as assigned. Daily scheduling and direction is provided by the Facility Director. The LPN provides support to the physician in scheduling, assessments, obtaining orders and medication, maintaining documentation. The LPN passes medication and maintains accurate records of all professional activities. The LPN serves as resource for staff and residents and works a regular schedule and “on call”. Employees are required to use their personal vehicles in certain circumstances and as directed in the performance of their job duties.
