About The Position
We are looking for an LPN to join our Surgery team! In this role you will: Perform delegated nursing functions under the supervision of the RN using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards of care Manually cleans and disinfects patient care items and equipment notifies director of missing or malfunctioning equipment Answers phones, records messages; greets patients and visitors Prepare charts for physician clinics and schedules patient appointments Documents and reports observations to the nurse or provider; accurately documents patient care provided on appropriate hospital forms and within the established timeframes Why Join Us: Supportive work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Requirements
- Active nursing license and a degree from an accredited program
- Completion of LPN nursing degree
- 2 years experience in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Personal computer, data entry, and communication skills
- Acquire American Heart Association BLS in 60 days
