About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Grand Villa of Clearwater is excited to invite experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking flexibility and variety in their work schedule, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives. This position is for Fridays/Saturdays.
Requirements
- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Provide leadership to Med Techs/Care givers
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Interact with practitioners and home health providers
- Communicate with families
- Practice excellent documentation skills and attention to details
- Have genuine love for the elderly population
