Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and evaluate health status, progress, and treatment needs
- Administer medications per physician orders and correctional healthcare guidelines
- Assist in emergency response, triage, and chronic care management
- Collaborate with medical and correctional teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility and SHP policies
